Ensuring a safe, professional, and high-energy environment for our athletes

The Red Wolves Junior Football Association is 100% volunteer-powered. From our board of directors to our game-day chain crews, every role is filled by parents and community members like you.

When you volunteer, you aren't just fulfilling a requirement—you are ensuring our athletes have a safe, professional, and high-energy environment to grow in.

Volunteer Requirements

To ensure a successful season for everyone, we ask each family to partner with us:

  • Minimum Commitment: Each family is required to contribute a minimum of four (4) volunteer hours per season.

Game Day & Season Roles

We have a variety of positions to fit your schedule and interests. No experience is required!

  • Team Parent: The vital link between coaches and families. You’ll manage communications, snack schedules, and team bonding activities.

  • Videographer and Photographer: Capture the action! Record game footage for coaches’ review or take action shots for our social media and family keepsakes.

  • Game Announcer (Home Games): Provide real-time updates and commentary over the stadium PA system. Training provided!

  • Game Clock Management (Home Games): Manage the electronic scoreboard and work closely with officials. Training provided!

  • Gate Attendant (Home Games): Ensure a secure environment by monitoring entry points and enforcing field regulations (no food/drink on the turf).

  • Chain Crew (Away Games): Work the sidelines with the "Chain Gang" to manage down markers and yardage chains. It’s the best seat in the house!

Additional Opportunities

In addition to game day roles, there are several other ways to support throughout the season.

  • Fundraising Support: Help organize and execute seasonal events that keep registration costs low and provide essential equipment for our athletes.

  • Photo Day Coordination: Assist with scheduling and managing team photos to ensure a smooth, organized experience for players, cheerleaders, and coaches.

  • Flexible Commitment: Whether you can lead a major project or simply give a few hours of your time, every volunteer role is vital to our success.

  • Community Impact: Your involvement directly helps us create a fun, memorable, and professional environment for all our Red Wolves families.
