Football Coaches Corner

Empowering Leaders. Building the Pack.

Welcome to the RWJFA Coaches Corner. Our organization is built on the foundation of our volunteer coaches. You are more than just a strategist—you are a mentor, a role model, and a vital part of the Jr. Red Wolves family. Thank you for your commitment to our athletes.

Our Standard

Our goal is to provide a safe, organized, and development-focused environment for every athlete. We expect our coaches to be prepared, accountable, and aligned with the standards of the Junior Red Wolves program.

To ensure a safe and positive environment, all RWJFA coaches must commit to the GEJFA Coaches Code of Conduct. We hold our staff to the highest standards of integrity and sportsmanship.

  • Commitment: By joining our coaching staff, you agree to uphold these standards throughout the entire season.

  • Accountability: Any violation of these rules and regulations is subject to disciplinary action. This may include, but is not limited to:

    • Official verbal warnings

    • Suspensions

    • Expulsion from the program

Note: A signed copy of the Code of Conduct must be on file prior to the first day of practice.

Team Communication & Coordination

Effective communication is the heartbeat of a successful team. Clear, timely, and consistent updates build trust with parents and ensure our athletes are prepared for every snap and sideline cheer.

Powered by TeamSnap

To streamline operations, RWJFA utilizes TeamSnap as our centralized communication hub. This tool allows you to:

  • Centralize Schedules: Manage practices, games, and events in one place.

  • Real-Time Updates: Send instant announcements and messages to parents and staff.

  • Mobile Access: Stay connected on the go with real-time roster and schedule info.

Coaches are expected to keep their TeamSnap portals updated to ensure families stay informed and engaged.
