We are proud to host our FREE Summer Speed & Agility Program at Big Rock Sports Fields, and it's open to all community kids in grades 2 through 8!
We’ve partnered with Bryan Carroll, founder of Summit For Wellness, to lead these high-energy sessions. Bryan specializes in youth performance training and brings top-level coaching to help kids build speed, agility, and confidence in a fun and encouraging environment.
This series is perfect for young athletes looking to stay conditioned for sports, get strong, and make new friends.

What to Bring & Wear
To ensure everyone stays safe and has the best time possible, please make sure your child comes prepared with:
Running Shoes: Essential for safety, speed, and agility drills (no sandals, crocs, or flip-flops, please!).
Water Bottle: High-energy workouts mean hydration is a must! Please bring a full water bottle labeled with your child's name.
